$200 one-time fee, $40/hour for additional setup services

Proper setup lays the groundwork for a stress-free business. We help new business owners get started with everything they need to manage their finances the right way—from tax account registrations to accounting software setup.

Included in the one-time setup fee:

  • Chart of accounts creation

  • Accounting software setup (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)

  • GST/HST account registration (CRA)

  • Payroll account registration (CRA)

  • Basic payroll software setup

  • Banking rule automation

  • Initial settings and preferences configuration

  • Basic system walkthrough/training

Services charged at hourly rate (as needed):

  • WCB account registration

  • Receipt management setup (e.g., Hubdoc or Dext)

  • Government remittance schedule setup

  • Advanced payroll configuration (e.g., benefits, deductions, PTO tracking)

  • Custom integrations or workflow automations

  • Historical data entry or system migrations
